1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the website, or utilizing any features of Kreeva AI Creator Mentor (including the free public 0-3s Hook Scorer and retention audit engines), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2. Permitted Creator Use & Content Warranty
You represent and warrant that you own or possess the legitimate licenses, authorizations, and permissions to upload and process any video files, audio excerpts, and written scripts submitted to Kreeva AI.
- You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your submitted video assets and generated scripts.
- You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, infringing, maliciously harmful, or in violation of applicable laws.
- You agree not to abuse automated bots to scrape API endpoints, evade rate limits, or reverse-engineer proprietary retention scoring models.
3. Quotas, Pricing & Transparent Billing
Kreeva AI maintains transparent, predictable usage quotas:
- Free Tier: Includes 10 daily AI brainstorm credits and 3 full video retention analyses per month with no credit card required.
- Pro Subscription: $9/month or $79/year (with localized regional pricing in INR, EUR, BRL, and IDR) offering 30 video analyses monthly, unlimited brainstorm credits, side-by-side video comparisons, and weekly missions.
- Billing Integrity: We never simulate successful payments or deduct fees without verified payment processor execution (Stripe or Razorpay). When active, subscriptions can be canceled at any time with immediate effect from your dashboard Settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The Kreeva AI software, design system, retention scoring heuristics, documentation, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Kreeva AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Kreeva AI’s underlying source code or system architecture.
5. Algorithmic Diagnostics & Disclaimer of Guarantees
Kreeva AI provides empirical timeline audits, hook retention diagnostics, and creative recommendations. However, social platform distribution algorithms (such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) involve countless dynamic audience and pacing variables outside our control. Therefore, Kreeva AI does not guarantee specific viral outcomes, view counts, or monetization metrics.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
You may discontinue use and permanently delete your account at any time directly through your dashboard. Kreeva AI reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in system abuse, payment fraud, or severe violations of these Terms.
