You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all videos, scripts, hooks, audio recordings, and transcripts submitted to Kreeva AI. We treat all creator submissions as private and confidential data.

We do not sell, rent, license, or feed your private video files, audio tracks, or script drafts into public foundational AI training sets. Your creative concepts remain entirely yours.

2. What Data We Collect

To deliver precision retention diagnostics and creator mentoring, Kreeva AI collects:

• Creator Submissions: Uploaded video files, visual frames, audio extracts, and text hook scripts submitted for audit and diagnostic review.
• Account Information: Your registered email address, creator handle/name, referral attribution code, and chosen primary platform/niche preferences.
• Usage & Progress Data: Analysis timestamps, retention scores, daily AI brainstorm credit counters, and completed weekly mission milestones.
• Technical & Session Telemetry: Essential session tokens, browser client types, operating system, and error traces needed solely for uptime monitoring, fraud mitigation, and account security.

3. Third-Party AI Data Processing & Security

Audits and conversational mentor brainstorming are processed via the Google Gemini API using enterprise API compliance standards. Under these enterprise terms:

• Your submitted videos, transcripts, and prompts are never used to train or fine-tune third-party base models.
• Third-party providers are contractually prohibited from using your content for advertising or profile targeting.
• All payload transmissions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest.

Authentication and encrypted identity tokens are managed through Google Cloud Firebase Authentication.

4. Cookies & Local Storage Usage

We believe in minimal, privacy-first storage:

• Essential Cookies: First-party HTTP session cookies are utilized strictly to keep you authenticated across page visits and safeguard against CSRF attacks.
• Browser LocalStorage: Client-side storage is utilized exclusively to remember non-sensitive user interface preferences (such as selected language, currency filter, creator vs agency toggle, and recent audits).
• Zero Third-Party Ad Trackers: We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, cross-domain behavioral tracking beacons, or data broker pixels.

5. User Rights, Data Export & Deletion on Request (GDPR & CCPA)

In compliance with GDPR (Articles 15, 17, 20) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

• Data Portability: You can export a comprehensive JSON archive of your account and audit history at any time from your account settings.
• Immediate Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated video audit records directly from your dashboard Settings tab with zero retention delay.
• Opt-Out & Requests: You may also email our Data Protection team at support@kreeva.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" for manual assistance within 24 hours.

Kreeva AI does not sell, trade, or monetize personal information.

6. Factual Evidence vs AI Hypotheses

Kreeva AI mathematically distinguishes verifiable timeline edit metrics (such as video duration, hook speaking speed, and transcript word counts) from generative AI brainstorming suggestions. All recommendations are advisory and designed to empower creator judgment.
